Are you referring to managing the collaborative process of tracking the deliverables and results of launching a product? I find that project management tools like MS Project are OK but are task-oriented rather than deliverable-oriented. Not a good fit for launch. Marketing management products are closer but don't tie back to the product (PLM). Could you clarify what you need?
